Asantewa grew up in Ghana west Africa and moved to NZ in 2014. She has always had a passion for art and this reflected on her unique sense of style and fashion. She has two young sons. While on maternity leave from her career as a physiotherapist in 2022 she found a new hobby making little macrame pieces. When she began it was simply to give them as gifts for friends and family but quickly blossomed into a small business that continues to grow today.
