We make sure each item is packaged with care to ensure it is not damaged. Some items may be flattened or a bit dishevelled upon arrival. This item is not damaged and there are care instructions for each piece in your package.
In the unlikely even that your item gets damaged when making its way to you I will offer you a refund.
Please note that you will have to provide evidence of the extent of the damage.
